Admission to Seabury Hall

The following items must be completed and/or received by the Admissions Office by November 14, 2024 in order to be considered for an Early Application or by February 3, 2024 in order to be considered for a Standard Application:

1. 1. Completed online application form
   2. A recent photograph of the applicant (uploaded with the online application form)
   3. Application fee of $100
   4. Interview
   5. Admissions test/test results
   6. Report cards/progress reports
   7. Standardized test reports
   8. Teacher reference forms (English & math)

• Only those who have submitted an application will be tested. Students will be tested in writing, reading comprehension and math.
• Maui applicants are required to take the Seabury Hall Admissions Test on campus. The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a test date.
• Off-island applicants are required to take the SSAT (Secondary School Admissions Test, www.ssat.org), or ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam, www.erblearn.org).
• PSAT (Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test), SAT, or ACT test results may be accepted for applicants of grades 9-12.
  
  

• Complete the Consent for Release of Information form and submit it to the current school's registrar. The current school is requested to send Seabury Hall the last two years' final report cards/progress reports and the first quarter or trimester report card for the current year, along with any Standardized Test Score Reports. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to confirm that this step is completed by the current school and follow up if necessary.
• Applicants entering 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, or 9th grade must submit copies of their report cards as they become available through the year.
• Applicants entering 10th, 11th, 12th grade must submit a copy of their transcript from high school.

• Teacher Reference Reports are required from the applicant's current math and English teachers. As the Teacher Reference forms are emailed directly to teachers, applicants should have their current teachers' email addresses.
• Additional recommendations from other teachers, coaches, or individuals who can give a fair assessment of the applicant's character are welcomed but not required. 

If you are requesting financial aid please indicate your interest on the online application form. Financial Aid information will then be emailed to you. Please read carefully Seabury Hall's policy information and observe all deadlines.
