Groundskeeper & Maintenance 
Seabury Hall is seeing a full-time, hardworking, team player, to join the maintenance team.  The ideal candidate will perform landscaping and minor facility maintenance across all campus and school facilities as directed by the Director of Facilities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Debris Removal: Raking leaves, collecting trash, cleaning debris from walkways, parking lots and other outdoor spaces.
  • Housekeeping: Support cleanliness of classrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
  • Grounds Upkeep: Mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding and mulching lawns and garden beds.
  • Plant Care: Planting, Watering, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs and flowers.
  • Irrigation Management: Installing, maintaining and repairing irrigation systems.
  • General Maintenance: Performing minor building and facility repairs, such as patching roofs, assisting with plumbing or electrical fixes and setting up furnishings for events.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operating a variety of tools and machinery including mowers, tractors, chainsaws and hand tools
  • Manual Tasks: Performing manual tasks quickly and accurately as directed by a supervisor.
  • Safety Compliance: Observing and complying with all safety rules and regulations.
Experience: No required experience, will train on the job.
