`Ulupalakua Scholarship

A relatively new scholarship, the `Ulupalakua Scholarship Fund was established in 2018 through the generosity of C. Pardee and Betsy Erdman. This scholarship is granted to a rising ninth-grader with demonstrated financial need. Preference is given to students raised on Maui.

“In 2018 I received the Ulupalakua Scholarship and it changed my life. It is an immense honor to have been chosen for this award and it gives me a sense of pride in the work I have done. It motivates me to continue to strive to be the best person I can. I am reminded of how valuable it is to have character and that your actions are noticed by the people around you. This scholarship puts me in a position that inspires me to set an example for others. This award encourages me to keep growing and give back to the school community. Knowing that I am at Seabury Hall for my high school years, I feel optimistic and excited for the future.”
